Go to the Vault sceen.
Tap “Send”.
Enter the Wallet Address you are withdrawing to. It is best practice to copy/paste the address and double check to ensure it is correct.
Confirm that the asset you wish to send is on a network/blockchain supported by the third-party you are withdrawing/sending to.
Choose the asset you want to withdraw from the dropdown menu.
Enter the amount of that asset you wish to withdraw.
Slide to the bottom bar to withdraw.
