Substratum underwent a TokenSwap on 17 Dec 2018, to update their SmartContract. Because of the lack of time given prior the token swap and the holidays right after Ethos does currently not support the new SmartContract in the wallet.

I already had SUB in my wallet, how will this affect me?

If you already had SUB in your wallet, you have been provided with the new tokens, but they do not show in the wallet.
If you want to transact the tokens out before we support the new token, please use the BIP39 Tool to transfer the tokens out.

No action is needed, when the Contract gets updated everything will show correctly.


I deposited SUB after the token swap and my balance is not updated!

Because the SmartContract has not been updated in the wallet, the new token is not yet visible. No worries, the blockchain transaction went through and your tokens are safe, but not yet visible in the wallet.

If you want to transact the tokens out before we support the new token, please use the BIP39 Tool to transfer the tokens out.

No action is needed, when the Contract gets updated everything will show correctly.


When will you Support the new token?

We will be working to have that updated in a future update, but there is no date for this yet. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to supporting the updated SUB.
