If you are experiencing issues with the fingerprint reader on your phone, you can try the following:

- Make sure your finger is dry when using the fingerprint reader

- Try with your finger in different angles


If you are still experiencing issues, you can change the fingerprint settings on your phone.

Android

Go to Settings -> Security and Location -> Fingerprint and choose one of the following:

- Delete fingerprint profile (fingerprint will be disabled and only PIN will be used when needed)

- Add another fingerprint

IOS

Go to Settings -> Touch  ID & Passcode and choose one of the following:

- Delete fingerprint profile (fingerprint will be disabled and only PIN will be used when needed)

- Add another Fingerprint
