We can check the transaction and update your wallet manually if you create a ticket with the following details:

  • Choose as Type: Incident
  • Choose as Category: Payments / Transactions
  • Fill in the Coin/Token that was transfered and the Transaction ID in the appropiete fields
  • Fill in your username
  • A short description of the issue.

After you have submitted the ticket we will get back to you shortly with an answer.
